पेपर 1 ( श्रम अर्थशास्त्र )

1. श्रम अर्थशास्त्र की परिभाषा दें । श्रम अर्थशास्त्र के अध्ययन पद्धति की विवेचना करें।

2. श्रम बाजार में श्रम की पूर्ती को प्रभावित करने वाले कारकों की विवेचना करें।

3. श्रम उत्पादकता के महत्व एवं कारकों की व्याख्या करें।

4. मजदूरी के जीवन निर्वाह सिद्धान्त का आलोचनात्मक परीक्षण कीजिए।

5. बेरोजगारी को परिभाषित करें । बेरोजगारी के महत्वपूर्ण प्रकारों का वर्णन करें।

7. समाजवादी अर्थव्यवस्था की परिभाषा दें। समाजवादी अर्थव्यवस्था के प्रमुख विशेषताओं की विवेचना करें।

8. न्यूनतम मजदूरी से आप क्या समझते हैं ? न्यूनतम मजदूरी कैसे निर्धारित होती है ?

9. मजदूरी के आधुनिक सिद्धान्त की विवेचना करें।

10. बेरोजगारी को कम करने के लिए भारत सरकार द्वारा   उठाए गए महत्वपूर्ण कदमों की विवेचना करें।

 Paper 1 (Labor Economics)

 1. Define labour economics. Discuss the method of study of labor economics.

 2. Discuss the factors affecting the supply of labour in the labour market.

 3. Explain the importance and factors of labour productivity.

 4. Critically examine the subsistence theory of wages.

 5. Define unemployment. Describe the important types of unemployment.

 7. Define socialist economy. Discuss the main features of socialist economy.

 8. What do you understand by minimum wage? How is the minimum wage determined?

 9. Discuss the modern theory of wages.

 10. Discuss the important steps taken by the Government of India to reduce unemployment.

तो अब तक हमने बात किया था पेपर १ के विषय में अब हम बात करेंगे पेपर २ के बारे में। सबसे पहले मैं बता दूँ की आप लोगो सेकंड पेपर है सामाजिक सुरक्षा और समाज कल्याण। जिसके अंतर्गत आप भारत और बिहार सरकार के विभिन्न सामाजिक सुरक्षा के विधियों एवं कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का अध्यन करते हैं। 

पेपर २ ( सामाजिक सुरक्षा एवं समाज कल्याण )

१. सामाजिक सुरक्षा से आप क्या समझते हैं ? सामाजिक सुरक्षा प्रदान करने वाले विधियों की विवेचना कीजिये। 

२. सामाजिक बिमा एवं सामाजिक सहायता की परिभाषा दें।  सामाजिक बीमा एवं सामाजिक सहायता में अंतर स्पष्ट करें। 

३. कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि अधिनियम 1952 के प्रमुख प्रावधानों की विवेचना करें। 

४. प्रसूति हितलाभ ( मातृत्व लाभ ) अधिनियम 1961 के प्रमुख उपबंधों की चर्चा करें। 

५. कर्मचारी ( कर्मकार ) क्षतिपूर्ति अधिनियम 1923 के मुख्य प्रावधानों का वर्णन करें। 

६. कामकाजी महिलाओं ( महिला श्रमिकों ) के विभिन्न समस्याओं की व्याख्या कीजिये। 

७. पिछड़ी जाती के कल्याण के लिए बिहार में कौन कौन से कदम उठाये गये हैं। 

८. भारत में पिछड़ी जातियों के सम्मुख आने वाली समस्याओं का विवरण दें। 

९. बिहार सर्कार के बल कल्याण कार्यों की विवेचना करें।

So till now we talked about paper 1, now we will talk about paper 2. First of all, let me tell you that the second paper is social security and social welfare. Under which you study various social security methods and welfare schemes of the Government of India and Bihar.

Paper 2 (Social Security and Social Welfare)

1. What do you understand by social security? Discuss the methods of providing social security.

2. Define social insurance and social assistance. Explain the difference between social insurance and social assistance.

3. Discuss the major provisions of the Employees' Provident Fund Act, 1952.

4. Discuss the major provisions of Maternity Benefit Act 1961.

5. Describe the main provisions of the Employees (Workmen's) Compensation Act 1923.

6. Explain the various problems faced by working women (women workers).

7. What steps have been taken in Bihar for the welfare of the backward castes.

8. Give an account of the problems faced by the backward castes in India.

9. Discuss the welfare works of Bihar government.

10. write a short note  -
